REPORTS The Chair called upon the National Treasurer, Dale Bricker, for his report. Dale reported the Treasurer’s report can be found on page 4 of the Annual Report with statement and notes on pages 5-10 of the Annual Report. The Chair called upon the National Secretary, James Mills, for his report. James reported the minutes of the 2017 Ruritan National Convention were approved by the Board of Directors on March 17, 2017 and can be found in the Annual Report on pages 19-27. Any referenced attachments are on file at the National Office. The Chair called upon Executive Director, Michael Chrisley for his report. Mike gave an oral report to the delegates. Mike’s full report is on page 3 of the Annual Report. The Chair thanked Michael Chrisley and the staff at the National Office for the work that they have done in preparation for the National Convention. The Chair called upon past National Secretary, JoAnn Wenger, Chair of the Resolutions Committee, for a report. Committee Chair JoAnn thanked committee members 2017 Peaks of Otter District Publicity Chair, Deborah Bobbitt and past National Director, Kay Pearson for their work on the committee.
