Q U A L I T Y E S C O R T E D H O L I D A Y S B Y T R A I N Hello everyone, May I first of all offer the most sincere condolences to those of you who have lost friends and loved ones during this awful time. Whilst being immensely disappointed that we have not been able to give anyone their promised holiday since the government imposed restrictions, I am proud to say that Railtrail Tours have refunded all clients’ tour payments thanks to our unique Trust Account at Lloyds Bank. “Knowing that I was protecting client’s money ensured that I was able to sleep at night”. We have continued to provide both telephone and email contact to our Customer Care team for those clients who have had queries or concerns about their bookings. The way in which some companies have treated their clients during the pandemic by refusing to give refunds and closing their call centres is not in keeping with the ethos here at Railtrail Tours. We have also been busy looking forward to brighter times ahead compiling a wonderful selection of future tours to fit all tastes many of which are featured in the following pages. We welcome the return of steam both in the UK and overseas including our rescheduled, and previously fully booked, Australian tour which is already well over half full with re-bookings. Our ever popular Festive and Winter tours programme is already live on our website and booking well so please don’t risk missing out. Almost all of our 2021 programme of unique ‘classic rail holidays’ are on sale on our website at www.railtrail.co.uk and many of those tours are included in this mini-brochure.

As a gesture of goodwill, and for a limited period only, a selection of 2021 Classic tours are being offered at 2020 prices . That is our thank you for your patience and understanding throughout this Covid-19 ordeal.
