Solvent: distilled water; flow rate: 0.5 mL/min; temperature: 80°C. The arrows show demarcation between DP2 (maltose) and DP 3 (higher maltodextrins). The fraction shown as SDFS denotes the fraction that would be collected as SDFS, however, in this case these are maltodextrins that would be hydrolysed by the PAA/AMG mixture.
