Easily develop a vision-guided robotic system in Figure 4, includes the camera which communicates directly with a variety of autonomous robots, synchronises the coordinate systems of the vision system and robot and provides stable vision-guided robotic operation.

3.5 Camera system for body side removal from pallet In Figure 4 you can see system that provides robot guidance system for 3D localization of parts in pallets.The task of this visual system is to guide the robot to the pallets to properly grip body sides and assembly it into geo-station of welding line. In Figure 5 you can see a visualization of the camera scanned area.The camera focuses on the object and searches for features such as openings or edges, and accurately locates the object’s position in space. Subsequently, the camera sends the coordinate offset to the robot to refine the position to properly grip the part.
