2. Production control system in automotive industry As in other industries, the production control system is mainly used in automotive industry. In automotive industry is very high focus for saving in each branch it means logistic, planning, saving in production by decreasing downtimes. A highly configurable customer solution running its production facility as an intelligent factory in terms of industry 4.0. The combination of a high-level automation and production control system can create an efficient factory where parameters are quickly and automatically adjusted according to the development of online production. These Production Cokcpits are usually tailor- made and take a lot of time to fine-tune the communication and evaluation between the production units and the software that covers the entire production control system. In Automotive industry where is usually used production JIT or JIS must be analysis and planning absolutely accurate, due to large production volumes, with the slightest mistake, the entire production batch can be depreciated and the damages can climb to dizzying amounts. In some cases elements are sometimes used in the software to simulate some situations, but this rarely happens. One of the most important indicator is OEE, which is calculated from performance of operator, availability of machine and quality of output. Availability of machine is lets say production time. If we have a lot of technical or organization downtimes our production time are less and according it is output less. As mentioned production control system can eliminate technical downtimes due to function of planning maintenance of machine. Each technical item has some lifetime which is defined from supplier or from experience of company employees. These rare data are saved database and on the base of production time it will be planned check of these wear parts or items. On the base of planned maintenance will be planned or adapt production it means that downtimes by maintenance checking will be minimum. Regarding performance of operator can be production control system used as tool for monitoring online performance of operator. On the base of input data from machine is knows performance of operators in the exact time. If the data are knows from each part of shifts production control system could compare these data and make some analysis between the shifts. On the base of it is possible to something change for increasing of output and it means increasing of OEE. In topic of quality production control system plays a role for monitoring and data collection. If are machines fully aware about producing wrong part then is production control system able to make some summary and on the base of it create some overview where will be showed currently situation about scrap, reworks and production trends of lines or machines (see Figure 2). Currently situation of digital factory is that data from production are write to somewhere to excel sheet. Production data it means for example statement of work, reason of technical or organization downtimes then is data usually rewrite to SAP database. This writing spends a lot of time peoples who have inserted this data. Very helpful function of production control system is automatic getting data from machines from senzors online and forwarded saving this data to some database. As mentioned above each machine has sensors and some control unit (PLC). Because of sequences in processes is possible to have a look which sensor has some problem, how long it takes to
