Off-season Tuesday and Friday from 4 p.m. to 11 p.m. The Islands' beer honours the unique territory of the archipelago. We believe that using local resources guarantees both authenticity and freshness. Working with algae, fruits and aromatics collected on the Islands accounts for a strong brewing uniqueness, as shown by the personality of our distinguished one-of a-kind beers. [ad p. 114]

Cider house and distillery, which has distinguished itself for the past several years with its unique products, such as the Poméloi (apple in the bottle). The installation of a traditional Charentais alembic adds a distillery component to our activities. From cultivating the fruits to bottling them, we use an artisanal method to meticulously prepare our ciders and eaux-de-vie. [ad p. 122]
