Talk to a Doctor 24/7 with LiveHealth Online During the summer months, there’s nothing better than hitting the road with the windows down, the music up, and a cooler full of snacks. Smartphones have made travel easier than ever. We use them to get to our destinations, find great eats, and try new things. Did you know that your smartphone can even help with your healthcare needs? Through LiveHealth Online, you can use a smart device or computer and an internet connection and have a face-to-face conversation with a U.S.-based board-certified doctor anytime, anywhere – whether it’s the middle of the night or the middle of your road trip. How does it work? First enroll at www.livehealthonline.com or on the LiveHealth Online app. Then, each time you log in, select your location so you can talk to local doctors and pharmacies (if needed); otherwise it defaults to your home state. Click on a doctor’s photo to view their profile. Once you select a doctor, click “Connect” and in just moments you’ll be talking with them – face-to-face! A consultation with a LiveHealth Online doctor is much faster than an emergency room or ugent care visit and much less expensive, too! How much does it cost? For Reliance Rewards members, it’s just $15 per consult – that’s less than your regular co-pay. When prompted, select “Anthem Blue Cross (CA),” enter your Anthem member ID, and you’ll see the reduced cost before you’re connected. If you’re not enrolled in Reliance Rewards, you can still take advantage of LiveHealth Online for only $49 per session – still a great bargain for medical advice on-the-go! Anyone can use LiveHealth Online to get immediate help with non-emergency conditions such as colds or flu, allergies, sinus infections or bronchitis, diarrhea, pinkeye and other eye infections, urinary tract infections, rashes, etc. The doctor can assess your condition, answer questions, and issue a prescription (based on state regulations). Afterwards, you can rate your experience and even send a record from LiveHealth Online to your regular doctor.

Reliance Walks Around the World Recap

Through sun and snow and stairs, we really pulled together as a family and literally STEPPED UP for our first enterprise wide wellness challenge.
