I frequent the spa and have many concerns over inability to get appointments and confusion over the bookings. Please look into it.

Thank you for your feedback and we are sorry to hear of your unsatisfactory experience. To ensure our spa maintains a high level of customer service, our reception team strives to provide their undivided attention to every Member who visits. This process inevitably leads to occasional missed calls when Members phone in to book an appointment. If you are unable to reach our team on the phone, you can make your reservations via our 24/7 online booking system (http://amclub.org.sg) to get your preferred slots.

I want to thank the Youth team for doing a great job in coordinating my daughter’s birthday party this morning. They were so easy to work with, very professional and efficient. The planning process was so easy for me, especially since I couldn’t do much having given birth only 2 weeks ago. Special shout out to Youth Assistant Manager Venice and the host Asraf! The rest of the team who were present during the party also made sure it was a success! The kids had fun and so did the adults.

We’re so happy that we managed to make your child’s birthday party a memorable one! Did you know that with our pools now open again, we can also organize poolside parties at The Club?
