Description Install new frame walls in lieu of poured concrete walls.

Justification and Support As shown on A47 ‐ 60 (attached) and A40 ‐ 55 (attached). Initial installation of the walls (from inside) performed on 10/22/19. Walls were closed up from the exterior on 11/17/19 and 11/24/19.
