II. UPDATE ON CURRENT AOAC FOOD AUTHENTICITY PROGRAM (Dr. John Szpylka, FSNS – 1:10PM–1:40PM) Szpylka will provide an update on the status of the AOAC Food Authenticity Program.

• Traceability throughout the supply chain • What does a generic SMPR look like?
