Pajarote Cordoval Dix Liqueur 60PF / 750ML Named after Monica Leyva’s grandmother, Getrudis (pseudonym “DIX”), Cordoval Dix honors a woman with a visionary approach to life. Made from a maceration of aromatic herbs and grapefruit peel. A complex botanical blend featuring vibrant highlights of laurel, clove, and mint. Pajarote Ponche Chocolate 30PF / 750ML All natural from 100% cocoa. Pajarote Clove & Cardamom 44PF / 750ML Clove combined with cardamom that explodes with a fine aftertaste. Pajarote Jengibre (Ginger) 44PF / 750ML This ginger liqueur took a full year’s worth of process to truly capture the spicy essence of its namesake root. The process begins with selection of the ginger root, macerated and then blended with piloncillo syrup. Pajarote Toronja Arandense & Romero (Grapefruit & Rosemary) 70PF / 750ML Fragrant zested grapefruit peels are macerated for several months and blended with fresh rosemary. Pajarote Ponche Guava 44PF / 750ML This guava ponche highlights the naturally refreshing properties of the guava fruit. Sweetened with unrefined Mexican piloncillo. Pajarote Ponche Tamarindo 30PF / 750ML Sweet yet equally sour Tamarindo (tamarind) is typically used in aguas frescas in Mexico. A timeless infusion of Matricaria Camomilla, Grappa, and sugar. After ninety days, this golden liqueur captures the essence of a summer meadow—crafted for those who seek true relaxation. Poli Distillerie Miele Honey Liqueur 70PF / 700ML A rich blend of Grappa and acacia honey infused with essential oils of mugo pine, juniper, mint, and verbena. It offers intense floral aromas of orange blossom followed by a sweet, balsamic finish. Originally produced at the Poli Distillery from the post-war era through the 1980s, we have revived this classic elixir in response to modern demand.
