TOWN BRANCH USA, KENTUCKY Town Branch distillery is proud to revive the cities rich distilling tradition, being the first new distillery built in Lexington since prohibition, Town Branch Bourbon 90PF / 750ML Town Branch® Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is a non-age-stated bourbon with an average age of nearly seven years. Its signature flavor profile delivers rich oak, caramel, and vanilla, complemented by prominent orchard and stone fruit notes, including apple, cherry, and dried apricots. Town Branch® Imperium MMXXV Kentucky Straight Bourbon is a limited release whiskey, expertly blended 50/50 from our finest hand-selected bourbon barrels—50%Kentucky Straight Bourbon mash bill barrels and 50% Wheated Kentucky Straight Bourbon mash bill barrels. Every barrel leaving the rickhouse is tasted to determine its use. If selected for Imperium, it is carefully monitored, with stocks from both mash bills set aside to ensure precision in maturation and consistency in each year’s Imperium blend. Released annually during National Bourbon Heritage Month in September, each edition is marked by the year of release in Roman numerals, bottled at a distinct proof, and offered in very limited quantities. Town Branch® Maple Barrel Stout Finished Bourbon began with a simple question: “What else could we do with these emptied beer barrels?” The idea grew into a staple offering for several years. This unique expression of Town Branch Bourbon is finished for several years in freshly upcycled Kentucky® Maple Barrel Stout barrels, adding the rich flavors of the beer alongside the classic bourbon character. Aged nearly eight years and bottled at 94 proof, this whiskey delivers a dry, complex profile featuring subtle maple syrup, roasted malt, chocolate, caramel, deep cherry and mature oak, with a pronounced maple mouthfeel that highlights its distinctive barrel finish. Town Branch Overproof Bourbon 104PF / 750ML Town Branch® Overproof Kentucky Straight Whiskey is a blend of 90% bourbons and 10% rye whiskey, delivering a unique drinking experience reminiscent of a high-rye bourbon. This meticulously crafted whiskey combines four distinct Kentucky Straight Whiskeys—Bourbon, Wheated Bourbon, Double Oak, and Rye—to create a complex, layered profile. Bottled at 104 proof, Town Branch Overproof is designed to enhance cocktails with concentrated flavors, adding body, texture, and structure, while also standing alone as a dynamic, full-flavored sipping-whiskey. Town Branch True Cask Bourbon 100PF / 750ML Town Branch® True Cask Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey embodies meticulous attention to detail at every stage of production— from distillation, mash bill, yeast, and fermentation, to cooperage and the final small-batch blend of uncut, straight-from-the-barrel whiskey. Each batch is individually numbered, capturing the unique purity and character each cask-strength barrel contributes and the proof is called out to the decimal on the each label. This non-age-stated small-batch bourbon has an average age of nearly seven years, though the blenders maintain full control over barrel selection, often incorporating older barrels to round out each batch’s profile. The result is a traditionally rich flavor of sweet corn and cinnamon, layered with peach, cherry, vanilla, and caramel, and rounded by a bold cask-strength oak finish.
