Notes from the Hall

A new sign in the Hall says “Gather.” Indeed, that is what we are all about—gathering. There are town meetings, committeemeetings, Whalers’ rehearsals, flu clinics, informational events sponsored by the Council, and of course, the Wednesday affairs. This year is a little different, so mark your calendars: Community Lunch is served the third Wednesday of each month from noon to 1:00 p.m. and is headed up by Arlene. Susie and Arlene will also offer Community Breakfast every fourth Wednesday of each month from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.; every other Wednesday, start your morning with a great cuppa Joe and a treat made by Gina and then come back at noon for soup—your choice of vegetarian or meat-based— cooked up by Ruth and Wanda with assistance from Deb and Ester. So join us and gather!
