The GFTU Educational Trust has established a wholly owned subsidiary training and development company to offer training more widely and there is scope to develop this more.

Our affiliates are all entitled to one free day’s training per year.

Education administration is mainly online.

Our site at Quorn includes a busy hotel and nursery and GFTU Offices. Our plans are to expand the hotel, build housing on site, build a new nursery and move to larger GFTU Offices in the grounds. The GFTU has developed social enterprise models of growth mainly to fund education and various new initiatives to raise funds.
