Important Dates & Things To Do We know that transitioning to Guaranty Bank from Hometown Bank may seem challenging, so we’ve created this timeline and checklist to help you navigate the process every step of the way. And, we’re here to help if you have any questions or concerns. You can call toll-free or email Guaranty Bank’s customer service team at 1.833.875.2492 or customerservice@gbankmo.com.

Please Note: If you do not log into Guaranty Bank’s online or mobile banking system by July 11, your profile will be placed in dormant status. If this occurs you will need to contact Guaranty Bank at 1.833.875.2492 to re-establish access to online banking. Banking Centers and ATMs: Hometown Bank locations will be closing at 3 p.m. on Friday, June 8 and will be closed Saturday, June 9 to prepare for the conversion to Guaranty Bank. The Hometown Bank locations will re-open as Guaranty Bank on Monday, June 11. Please Note: Please note that during conversion weekend, Hometown Bank ATMs may be periodically unavailable. If you are charged a fee for using a non-Guaranty Bank ATM over the conversion weekend, please visit your nearest Guaranty Bank for a full refund. June 11, 2018 Begin using your Guaranty Bank debit or ATM card on Monday, June 11. Please Note: Your Hometown Bank debit or ATM card will be automatically disabled on Monday, June 11. If you have automatic bill payments tied to your Hometown Bank debit card, you must provide the merchant with your new Guaranty Bank debit card number as soon as possible after June 10. Automatic payments tied to your Hometown Bank debit card will be declined after June 10. June 11, 2018 Log in to your new Guaranty Bank online banking account by visiting www.gbankmo.com and clicking the Account Logins link in the upper right-hand corner of the home page. Log in to your new Guaranty Bank mobile banking by downloading the app. Search gbankmo in the app store. You will be able to access Guaranty Bank’s online banking beginning at 8 a.m. on June 11. Your online and mobile banking user name will remain the same. Your temporary password will be the last four digits of your social security number or tax ID number. Please Note: Be sure to review scheduled bill payments and transfers to ensure recurring items have accurately transferred.

May 25, 2018 If you are a current Hometown Bank debit or ATM card holder, you will receive your new Guaranty Bank debit or ATM card by mail. If you do not receive a new debit or ATM card by May 25, please call 1.833.875.2492. Please Note: You may activate your Guaranty Bank debit or ATM card by phone immediately, but don’t begin using it until Monday, June 11. You may continue to use your Hometown Bank debit or ATM card until then. Your Hometown Bank debit or ATM card and the SecurLock app will be disabled on June 11. Please update your card information with any vendor or merchant you may use for regular purchases.

June 5, 2018 Mobile Check Deposit:

Hometown’s mobile check deposit service will be disabled on June 5 at 3 p.m. You will be able to access Guaranty Bank’s mobile check deposit service beginning at 8 a.m. on June 11.

June 6-11, 2018 Online Banking, Mobile Banking and Bill Pay:

Hometown’s online bill pay will be in view-only mode starting June 6 at 6 p.m. All scheduled bill payments and transfers will process June 8 through June 10. You will be able to access Guaranty Bank’s bill pay service beginning at 8 a.m. on June 11. Your existing payee information will transfer to the new Guaranty Bank system. Review scheduled bill payments and transfers to ensure recurring items have transferred properly. Hometown’s online and mobile banking will be in disabled as of June 8 at 3 p.m. You will be able to access Guaranty Bank’s online banking beginning at 8 a.m. on June 11. Your online and mobile banking user name will remain the same. Your temporary password will be the last four digits of your social security number or tax ID number. In Guaranty Bank’s online banking system, you will have access to 12 months of online banking history and 12 months of bill pay history. You will also have 18 month of eStatement history if you receive your statements electronically. Your eStatement history will be posted to your online banking profile one month after conversion.
