ADOPT A CITY PARK The city's Adopt-a-Park program offers residents and local groups an opportunity to assist the city in maintaining and enhancing public parks and open spaces. This includes our Tot Lots, Neighborhood and Community parks. Adopt-a-Park participants agree to a minimum two-year commitment. Park adopters pick up litter at least three times per calendar year: 1) April or May, 2) June or July and 3) August or September. If you are interested in participating, you can find an application on the city website under "Park Programs" or contact 952-233-9516.

Discover a new park or trail with Park Finder This spring, get out and explore Shakopee's unique parks and trails with the help of our new interactive online map. Use Park Finder to search for city parks and trails by address, activity or amenity. If you're on the go, Park Finder can also help you locate nearby trails and sidewalks. Use the "Get Directions" option to access Google Maps. The new interactive map is available on the city website at www.ShakopeeMN.gov/parks.
