As part of the employee benefits, the Optum LAWW Employee Support Program services are available at no extra cost. This includes referrals, seeing in-network clinicians, access to liveandworkwell.com and initial consultation with mediators or financial and legal experts. The program also provides short-term counseling and referrals for extended care.
