Duos that combine brilliance and enhance skills define the Festival des Etoilés Monte-Carlo, which has flourished over five editions. Additional dates have been added this year to prolong this culinary journey through the summer. Des duos qui additionnent les étoiles et décuplent les talents. Telle est l’équation du Festival des Etoilés Monte-Carlo dont le succès croît depuis cinq éditions. DAVIDE OLDANI AT PAVYLLON MONTE-CARLO, UN RESTAURANT DE YANNICK ALLÉNO On 13 th July, Pavyllon Monte-Carlo, the restaurant by Yannick Alléno at the Hôtel Hermitage Monte-Carlo, will feature Chef Davide Oldani. This French chef, boasting 17 stars, will collaborate with his Italian counterpart from the Milan province, who has earned two stars. Oldani’s “pop cuisine”, known for its approachable gastronomy that utilises traditional ingredients, will merge with Alléno’s “modern cuisine.” Emphasising cultural blending, they will showcase French and Italian culinary excellence at the counter of Pavyllon Monte-Carlo, embodying a spirit of exchange and conviviality. 13 th July: Dinner at Pavyllon Monte-Carlo, un Restaurant de Yannick Alleno at the Hôtel Hermitage Monte Carlo with Yannick Alléno and Chef Davide Oldani, restaurant D’O , Michelin Green Star, Cornaredo (Milan, Italy).
