Approval Limits You can view the Approval Limits within the Company Policy. These limits are read only at the Company Policy level but can be adjusted within the User Roles to fit a user’s specific responsibilities.

In the Cash Management tab, click Company Policy . 1. Select an user role in the Overview tab to view the approval limits. 2. Click the Approval Limits tab. 3. From here you can view the maximum limits for transactions and amounts.
