User Roles Overview Once you have established your Company Policy, you can start creating user roles. User roles are the restrictions placed to shape a user’s privileges. The user role depends on the level of responsibly a user has. Some users may have the ability to draft a transaction, while others can approve it. A user role must fit within the Company Policy and cannot exceed it.

In the Cash Management tab, click User Roles . A. Search for a specific user role in the search bar. B. Sort user roles by name, description and users by clicking the icon next to the column title. C. The number under the Users column indicates how many users are assigned to this role. Click the number to see what Users are assigned to a specific role. D. Click the icon to change the role a user is assigned to.
