Merritt Office Renovations

In an effort to better connect all Merritt Companies employees, renovations to Merritt’s Baltimore office space continue. Merritt Clubs has now move into their new offices in a more centralized area. The Clubs’ former warehouse space has been built out to connect existing offices and to reconfigure the construction and land development space, with the entire construction group now unified in one location.

Interior design has also been relocated and marketing and leasing have been upgraded to match the rest of the office. Future work includes the installation of a conference lounge adjacent to leasing and the relocation of our interior design library. Above the kitchen, a technology lab and three enclosed quiet spaces will be renovated and added. And, a new display of Merritt stories and artifacts will be installed.

CORPORATE PASSES & TICKETS Merritt’s corporate passes include the National Aquarium, Baltimore Museum of Art, Maryland Science Center, Maryland Zoo, Maryland State Parks, Baltimore Orioles, Baltimore Blast, and Roundtop/Liberty/Whitetail ski resorts. Passes are available on a first- come, first-served basis. Kindly remember to return the passes as soon as possible so other employees and their families can enjoy them.
