WCM AND RISK PREVENTION

GREENBELT COURSE: ENVIRONMENTAL, HEALTH & SAFETY This course is aimed at Pillar leaders and members who will help to spread the WCM culture in the organization. The greenbelt training is comprised of 3 main components: on site training with practical exercises, completion of a project following a loss reduction route, final test and presentation of project in 13 weeks. Greenbelt certification is achieved with the successful completion of project and test.

OBJECTIVES

• Introduction to basic concepts, basic indicators, and EHS deployment • Overview of loss reduction routes for improvement teams - H&S risks and gaps reduction, environmental aspects and gaps reduction, LOTO • Systematic improvement activities - Health and Safety Pillar, Environment Pillar • Training on main tools - event analysis methodology, risk/aspect analysis methodology, gap analysis, risk/aspect and gaps priority matrix

PARTICIPANTS

Minimum of 9-12 months with SG Typical job function of Supervisor, Engineer, Department Leader, Pillar Member, Steering Committee Member, Controller
