Design Criteria ‘the EDIT’ is a stand-alone retail spot that allows retailers to be creative and flexible in designing a space that will showcase their brands. ‘the EDIT’ consists of Wall Vending, Free-Standing Vending, Pod Vending, and Media Wall. The space is flexible, allowing Tenants to be able to lease the required area to showcase brand products. (i.e. 3 wall bays, 6 wall bays, a pod vending area, etc) The Landlord has provided a fixturing package that can be utilized by the tenant in each area to quickly and easily design a space that fits their brand. The Wall Display Zones are approximately 10 square feet each. Free Standing and Pod Vending area can vary from approximately 10 square feet to 50 square feet. General views are as follows.
