Fruition. That first rideonabrandnew transit systemflashesmemoriesof theproject’sfirst clientmeeting when these cars, these tracks, this routewerenothingmore than ideas. Theprocess runs through initial concept designs towritingprocurement specifications; then theproject is awardedand the cyclebegins, throughdesign reviews, procurement, installation, testingand commissioning.
