Hydrochloric Acid, 6N.

Laboratory Water – minimum of 18 mega ohm conductivity

5-Methyl-DL-tryptophan Sigma Cat # M-0534, or equivalent.

h)

Protease E (enzyme) Sigma Cat # P-5147, or equivalent.
