Summary and conclusions:

The validation of the method has shown satisfactory specificity for the tested ma-

trices. The calibration curves is linear for choline and it is going through the zero

point (0;0). The precision experiments showed an acceptable RSD%, which was

set to 5 %. The

comparison between ‘this method’ and the values on the certified

reference materials showed no significant differences. It is therefore concluded

that ‘this method’ provides accurate results. Finally, ‘this method’ showed good

robustness against the tested parameters.

In general, we believe that the validation has been satisfactory.
