Renee joined Cushman & Wakefield in

2008 as Assistant Property Manager

and has been dedicated to the BJC

HealthCare account during her tenure

with the firm.

Currently, she serves as a Senior

Property Manager for BJC HealthCare in

St. Louis, Missouri. Renee manages eight

medical office buildings measuring over

400,000 square feet. In this role, Renee

is responsible for lease negotiation

and administration, capital planning,

preparing operating budgets, and

monthly financial reporting.
