1 LCD screen —Displays either the phone number, speed dial number, or
text label (such as a name) assigned to each button. Icons indicating line
status function in the sameway as those on the Cisco IP Phone 7960.
2 LightedButtons—14 buttons. Each button corresponds to one line (just
like on theCisco IP Phone 7960). The lights beneath each button indicate
the state of the corresponding line as follows:
Line available: Light off
Line in use by you: Light steadyGreen
Line in use by someone else: Light steady Red
Line ringing: Light flashingAmber
Call on hold: Light flashingGreen
Call transfer: Light steadyGreen
