Follow these steps to set up call forwardingwhen you are away from your phone.
Procedure
Step 1
From the User OptionsMenuweb page, click
Forward all calls to a different
number
. (If you need help accessing theMenu page, see the

)
The ForwardYour Calls page appears.
Step 2
Check the check box next to the line fromwhich youwant your incoming calls
forwarded.
Step 3
Choose to send calls to “VoiceMail” or to “this number.”
If you chooseVoiceMail, your callswill be forwardeddirectly toyour voicemail
systemwithout ringing your desktop phone.
Step 4
If you choose to forward your incoming calls to a specified number, enter the
phone number or extension in the box provided.
Note
Be sure to enter the number exactly as youwould if youwere to call
that number. For example, enter an access code such as 9 or the area
code, if necessary. Your system administrator might restrict the call
forwarding feature to numbers within your company.
Step 5
Click
Update
.
Step 6
Whenyou are finished, click
Return to theMenu
or
LogOff
at thebottomof the
Call Forwarding page.
