Review of evidence of the document control, management of change, configuration
management, design & engineering, verification & validation processes applied
Assessment of the design, development and production
tools
, its output and their
impact on functional safety
Review of the impact analysis on the proposed
modification

The assessment of functional safety audit(s)
Review of
O&M activities
against the designed assumptions
Review of any
impact
due to full / part
decommissioning
of the SIS
