What do we mean by an “Installed System”

‣

Any SIS - after all, they are all “installed”

‣

But more specifically, we are focussed here on

‣

Those installed before the standards were in place (“legacy systems”)

‣

Those installed in the early days of the standard

‣

Those installed when the standards were there, but weren’t followed

‣

Those installed to the standards with insufficient documentation

‣

If it’s not documented, it didn’t happen

‣

So “installed” not just “legacy”
