SECTION 1.7.
SEVERABILITY
The Town Council hereby declares that it would have adopted this Ordinance and any section, subsection,
sentence, clause, or phrase thereof regardless whether one or more other portions of the Ordinance is
declared invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction.
A.
If a court of competent jurisdiction holds any section, subsection, sentence, clause, or phrase of this
Ordinance to be invalid for any reason, such judgment shall not affect the validity of the remaining
portions of this Ordinance.
B.
If a court of competent jurisdiction holds any condition attached to a development permit or approval
granted in accordance with this Ordinance to be invalid for any reason, such judgment shall not affect
the validity of any other conditions of the permit or approval not specifically included in the judgment.
