street frontage of the development site as a whole.

Signage Related to Automobile Service Stations
The following signage is allowed at automobile service stations selling gasoline:
A single sign attached to a ground sign on the site that identifies the pumps as self-service and
indicates current gasoline prices, provided the area of such sign shall not exceed 12 square feet
(this is in addition to sign face area allowed the ground sign).
