OUSING
Housing that is affordable to working households that do not qualify for publicly subsidized housing, yet
cannot afford appropriate market-rate housing in the community. Workforce housing is generally
considered to be housing that is affordable to households earning between 60 and 150 percent of the
median income for the area.

ERISCAPING
A landscaping technique that utilizes water conservation practices such as the planting of drought
tolerant plants, mulching, and the instillation of efficient irrigation systems.
