Inside Rolls-Royce
– the first section explains the
level of quality expected in their concept car when Rolls-Royce outsources
part of the production to a diamond jeweller. The second section explains
about new cars being delivered to Abu Dhabi and the extent of the quality
expectations and level of finish required. Section 4–25 minutes.
Teacher led explanation on quality control.
