The key to successful house training is establishing a
routine. Take your puppy out at the following times:
• When he wakes in the morning.
• After every meal.
• After a play session.
• When he wakes up after a snooze.
• Last thing at night.
A small puppy has to relieve himself at frequent
intervals, so you should never leave him longer than
two hours during the day before taking him to his
toileting area.
