Series 525 - Surface and Contour Measuring Instrument

This measuring system is equipped with a surface roughness detector, a contour detector and a

confocal chromatic point sensor (CPS) employing axial chromatic aberration. It performs non-con-

tact contour and roughness measurement on parts with steeply inclined surfaces and soft materi-

als.
