Leviton® 4-in-1 Hospital & Industrial Grade Receptacles

4-in-1 Receptacles have a compact design and replace existing single

or duplex receptacles. Receptacle covers/wall plates are eliminated and

existing conductors are used. Optional adapter plate adapts 4-in-1 receptacles

flush to 1 and 2-gang boxes with or without plastic ring only.
