9.0 EXECUTING THE CERTIFICATION PROCESS
A generic certification process model is
necessary for the integrators to identify roles
and responsibilities of all parties. It is also used
as the basis for the CSA Assessor to provide
support and consultancy to each integrator in
order to assist them to achieve certification.
The model shown below was used during the
case study.
