Flavanoid phenolic compounds based on an oxonium ion ring structure (commonly

pelargonidin, cyanidin, delphinidin, peonidin, petunidin, and malvidin), with one of the
25
following substitutions at the 3, 5, or 7 site: simple sugars such as glucoside, arabinoside, or
26
galactoside; oligosaccharides such as rutinoside, sambubioside, etc.; or acylation on sugar
27
with coumaric acid, acetic acid, etc.
