Rocon, established in 1997, is a producer
of ferrules for wire rope, including
galvanised Flemish Eye ferrules, and
a distributor of machinery for the
production of wire rope slings.
Rocon supplies presses for swaging dies
and test benches specially designed
for tensile testing of long materials
such as wire rope and chain. Rocon test
benches employ a computer system,
data transmitter and digital display.
After testing, a certificate can be printed
automatically, together with a diagram.
The company also produces aluminium
ferrules in accordance with EN 13411-3
material composition and properties
regulations. Sizes not included in EN
13411-3 are also available ex-stock,
with special lengths and measurements
available on request.

Leibinger offers powerful print systems
for the wire, cable and tube markets.
The Leibinger JET2 is used for printing
on wire and tubes with an extensive ink
range that includes pigmented inks for
high contrast on dark surfaces. The JET2
prints at speeds up to 400m/min and
features a user-friendly menu for easy
and fast data input.
For smooth printing even after
long-term shut downs all Leibinger
inkjet printers have an automatic
nozzle seal that makes the nozzle
and return-line airtight. No drying or
clogging can occur due to the closed
ink circuit. Numerous device alternatives
and accessories are available for
individual adjustment of the inkjet
printers to special applications.
The new high-end printer JET3 is
designed for demanding applications
and possesses, amongst other
special functions, graphics and font
editors for individual composition of
print information. State-of-the-art
technology reduces the consumption of
inks, solvent, energy and maintenance
requirements to a minimum.
In addition to industrial inkjet printers,
Leibinger offers camera systems for
high security and verification in product
marking. Matrix and linescan cameras
can be easily combined with inkjet
printers and offer a reliable control of
product marking. Leibinger also offers
individual adjustments of the camera
