Diagnosed as a result of symptoms compressing mediastinal
structures.
Superior vena caval obstruction present in 40%

Recurrent laryngeal nerve palsy with resulting hoarse voice
•
Breast swelling
•
Cough/chest pain/dyspnoea
•
Dysphagia
