Show Order Deadline
All show orders, including SuperHot Show, must be completed and turned in
to the vendor by Friday, June 16. *
An electronic PO Log and an electronic SuperHot Show Log must also be filled out and
submitted to Sports, Inc. by Friday, June 16. Failure to complete orders and logs by this
deadline will result in forfeiture of SuperHot Show rebates, Show Attendance Rebate, and
may result in being billed at standard non-booking terms.
* Some suppliers have earlier order deadlines for show specials. Place your orders by the
supplier’s deadline to ensure correct pricing.
