Utilization of Business Intelligence
software for real time attendance
reporting to provide effective
information regarding trends to watch
for and adjust to;
Engage in an evaluation of Deccan
predictive analysis software as well as
4 other major research studies due for
2016;
Seek opportunities to broaden
revenue base;
Conduct evidence based review of
Automatic Vehicle location; and
To maintain operations based fleet
capacity, vehicles with tenure at or
beyond useful life will be replaced
with several vehicles providing
economic, social and environmental
benefits:
1 Wildland vehicle; and
2 Support Vans.
ENVIRONMENTAL
Continue to seek opportunities for
energy efficiencies through energy
efficient fixtures in Administration
office; and
Expand the recycling program to all
Firehalls in the City of Surrey.
SOCIO - CULTURAL
Continue to improve the efficiency of
the City’s Emergency Social Services
response capabilities between the Fire
Services Department and the Parks,
Recreation and Culture Department;
Continue to track and monitor
homesafe cohorts to ensure continued
effectiveness of program and deliver
targeted education based on evidence
based incident response;
Work with Fraser Health and
appropriate provincial health bodies to
create a structured approach for
approval process of recovery homes in
City of Surrey to increase safety of at
risk population;
