2017 IAAO CONFERENCE SCHOLARSHIP
The Executive Board voted to award a scholarship to a Florida Chapter member,
covering the cost of registration and hotel stay. Candidates filled out an application
that included a statement of need. The scholarship in 2017 was rewarded to Joseph
Carbonell, staff appraiser with the Charlotte County Property Appraiser’s office.
Joseph also contributed an article to the Chapter newsletter after attending the
conference.
