2018 FCIAAO AWARDS
Lifetime Achievement
The Honorable Villie Smith (Marion) was the
second recipient of the Lifetime Achievement
Award.
He was also a founding member of the Chapter
and served on the Executive Board in many
positions to include President in 1990. As Property
Appraiser,
he has attended countless
conferences and seminars and supported the
Chapter by allowing staff to attend and
participate on committees and the Executive
Board.

The third recipient of the Lifetime Achievement
Award was Doug Will (Leon).
Doug has been an active member since 1993
and served on the Executive Board (twice),
ultimately as President in 2006. He has earned
multiple IAAO designations and has served for
many years on the Professional Designation
Committee. In recent years, he received
IAAO’s Instructor of Excellence Award.
