tribution to the team is to follow the
rules and regulations of the com-
munity, to treat their boards and
management with respect, to pay
their dues on time and to participate
in the elections of new board mem-
bers. A great document to read
and adopt for your community is the
Rights and Responsibilities for Better
Communities. This can be found on
the CAI-NJ website.
