Toxicity

• Most common toxicities were Grade 1/2

CPK elevation, diarrhea,

hypoalbuminemia, elevated AST and rash.

• Rare Grade 3/4 toxicities included

aymptommatic elevated CPK, rash,

neutropenia, emesis and paronychia.
