2017 for Tranche 1 and 30 April 2020 for Tranche 2. There is no
lock-up period.
At its meeting on 7 November 2016, the Board of Directors used the
authorisation granted by shareholders in the 24

resolution of the Annual
General Meeting of 24 May 2016 to award 7,000 performance
shares to 1 person
