The Order of the Anchor is an award given to an individual or
a couple who exemplify the goodwill and generosity of their
time and expertise in standing out as unique members. This
couple jumped in from the start this year and helped
organize, deliver and prepare many of the years large
luncheons , and dinners ,not only at North Channel but on our
rendezvous trips to other ports. Having joined NCYC in
2009, they quickly became involved in many of the club
functions and put the âTâ in teamwork.
The 2013 Board of Directors have unanimously nominated
Steve and Diane Marten as co-members of the month.
